The Motoscape Rally has been running since 2006 and every year the entrants have always had an incredible time. We want each participant to have an incredible time, and see that a week's holiday doesn't have to include lying on a sunbed in Benidorm! It can be active, exciting and totally different.

The banger rally concept is getting popular nowadays, but unlike other banger rallies we don’t believe in driving, driving and then more driving before arriving at your destination, going to bed and then getting up for the next day. Our routes take approx 5-6 hours driving per day, leaving you time to see some of the great places we take you to and allowing you time to visit places we have highlighted which are en-route.

The concept of the Motoscape Rally is to buy a car for £333 or less or take one that is over 20 years old, turn it into a wacky, eye-catching masterpiece and drive it through some of the greatest roads in Europe. It's not just a driving holiday though, it's a great chance to meet lots of new people, raise some money for charity or just on the adventure of a lifetime!

The Motoscape Rally is open to all ages, male or female, all you need is:

• A banger of DISTINCTION (costing less than £333 or over 20 years old!)
• A current UK driving license (you must be 18 years old to drive in Europe)
• A few shillings for a few beers along the way
• A sense of humour
• A compass, map and / or a sat nav
• A sense of adventure
• A willingness to "DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT THIS YEAR"
• A mate or two (male or female), or just come on your own
• A passport!!

"ROAD TRIP to Venice" - 1 September 2012 - 7 Countries in 5 Days
"ROAD TRIP to Prague" - 1 September 2012 - 10 Countries in 7 Days

Entrance Fees:

Deposit:

Places are strictly limited, therefore the deposit (£99) must be paid immediately to ensure your place on the rally is guaranteed.

Your entrance fee includes:

• An exclusive limited edition hoody with the Motoscape logo for every member of your team (ideal for the top of the Stelvio pass)
• Other exclusive Motoscape freebies (you'll have to wait till the rally to find out what these are!)
• Fantastic tips and guidance on everything from motoring laws in each country to the best places to visit en route
• Final night banquet in a great venue
• Full and comprehensive pack with lots of tips for the rally
• Mobile numbers of the organisers for any issues en route
• A promise ... This is the motoring trip of a lifetime!!!

The Prizes:

If you want to win the money then you have to accumulate the most points during the daily challenges and climb to the top of the leader board at the end of the rally. Don't forget, you can get a £100 prize by snagging the best car design.

First Place = £800
Second Place = £300
Third Place = £100

Daily Challenge Prizes = £75 per day per rally :: Best decorated car = £100

Accommodation:

BOOK YOUR OWN ACCOMMODATION

If you want to book your own accommodation, that's fine! Just let us know on the registration form. You can camp, book hostels, book your own hotels or if you are hard-core, find whatever sleeping arrangements possible!

However, if you want a good nights sleep, with a hot shower, good breakfast and the piece of mind that you do not have to book your own accommodation, the full Motoscape Package might be the best option for you (see below).

LET MOTOSCAPE BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION

When you’ve got your car to buy, carry out any repairs needed and then come up with some fantabulous design for it, the last thing you want to worry about is booking a different hotel for every night of the trip. Unlike some other rallies, we can book all your accommodation for you. We negotiate excellent rates in accommodation with an average rating of 3*. This means that your trip runs smoothly and you end up socialising with the other teams a lot more. On the 2010 & 2011 rallies, the majority of the teams who booked their own accommodation said they wished they had booked it through Motoscape as they missed the crack with other entrants, they were great quality, excellent value for money and most importantly had a well stocked bar!!

Both routes – approx £37 - £42 per person per night. The price shown is per person on a bed and breakfast basis.

Our hotel packages are limited and are available on a first come first served basis.

Please Note: In some countries a 3 person room compromises of a single bed and a large double bed with either a one piece or 2 piece mattress that can be separated in some instances. Teams not comfortable with this bed configuration can pay a single person supplement of approximately £55 per night which will enable one member of the teams to have a single room. Who can take part in the rally:

Male or female aged 18 to 80 (must have a current driving license) although parents wishing to take young adults should email for guidance - contact@motoscape-rally.co.uk.

Do it for Charity:

We really encourage taking part for a great charity. You can take part in the rally for the charity of your choice, build up sponsorship and even donate your prize money (if you finish in the top 3 or win any of the daily prizes) to your charity too!
